To cater to your preferences, Customboxes.uk offers various production turnaround options based on the selected product. It’s important to note that not all turnaround times are applicable to every product, and specific options will be presented during the order placement process.

Here are the available options:

Standard Turnaround (Free Option):

Package shipment within 12 to 15 business days upon receiving the final approval.

Rush Orders (with Some Extra $$)

Package shipment within 8 to 12 business days upon receiving the final approval.

Regarding damages, Customboxes.uk cannot be held responsible for any products damaged or misplaced during the shipping process. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier to initiate a claim. Ensure you keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping.

Customboxes.uk does not assume responsibility for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you need to initiate an investigation and facilitate the return of goods to the factory warehouse, please sign the “Authorization Form.”
